Over the last 14 years the Wilshire Financial Services Group has offered a $5,000.00 finder fee/referral fee to anyone who refers to us a qualified man or woman with a good credit rating and some common business sense to sign an employment agreement and sit as a CFO/Director on one of our corporate client’s board of directors.
The Candidate is employed for one (1) year with an attorney drafted employment agreement and is compensated, on average, $25,000.00 to $50,000.00 passive income annually. Each applicant submitted to us is then carefully interviewed by the Wilshire Financial Group and their work history and credit reviewed. Should they qualify and decide they would like to further explore this employment opportunity?
They are then introduced to several businesses we determine may be a good match for both the CFO Candidate and the prospective corporate employer. A time is set for a telephone conference call that works mutually for the potential CFO/Credit Partner candidate and the prospective employer Corporation.
After one or more telephone interviews should both parties decide to work together?
Employment contracts are carefully drafted outlining the terms and conditions of their employment for the 12 month period of their employment. Each party then has the opportunity to review the agreements and make their own decisions. They alone decide whether or not to move forward and accept the employment opportunity with the proposed company.
If they want to pass?
We introduce them to another corporate client until we find “the right fit.”
From our experience the interviewing process can take as little as 1 day with the CFO candidate deciding to accept employment with the first company we introduce them to, and the company accepts their application. In some instances it has taken several months to find the perfect fit, but we get the job done.
It is an important decision that both parties must make together of their own free will!
We have placed several of our CFO candidates on companies over the last 14 years. Some of these individuals are still working today, with the same company, on the same board of directors. In fact, some of our WFG CFO Directors are now partial owners and stock holders of these companies.
